General pest service starts with an initial visit at $139, with German roach service at $149 and one-time treatments from $185 under a 30-day warranty. Wood destroying organism reports for home buyers and sellers start at $250, and a termite protection plan costs $15 a month alongside quarterly service, with active spot treatment at no charge if termites appear. Other services include mosquitoes, rodents, bed bugs, bees and beehives, wasps, ants, spiders, fleas and scorpions. Customers sign a four-month agreement rather than a long contract, and treatments are described as safe for children and pets, with natural and organic options. Calls before 2 pm can usually be serviced the same day, and free quotes are offered.
