ABET Home Services

ABET Home Services is a family-owned Houston company that has operated since 1979, with a home inspection side and a pest control division. The pest division handles termite and wood-destroying insect inspections along with ongoing plans. Covered pests include ants, bed bugs, fleas, flies, mice and rats, mosquitoes, pantry pests, roaches, spiders, termites, wasps and bees. A recurring plan treats the home exterior perimeter and the yard, puts rodent bait in the attic once, and targets fire ants, ticks and spiders in the yard. If activity continues after 14 days, a technician returns under warranty to spot treat the problem area. Home inspections include commercial property inspections, thermal imaging, drone roof inspections and sewer scopes. Houston inspectors hold TREC licenses.
