Peak Pest and Termite

Peak Pest and Termite is a local, owner-operated company serving McKinney and surrounding North Texas towns, started by someone with years in pest control who wanted to treat customers better than the big companies did. General pest control covers ants, spiders, roaches, wasps and crickets, with an inspection, an indoor treatment when needed and a protective barrier around the exterior. Rodent work includes inspections, exclusion, trapping and preventive plans, and termite work includes treatments, monitoring and inspections. An official WDI report for a lender costs $299. Shops, offices, churches and small facilities are also treated. Calls before noon can usually be served the same day, with the next day's route otherwise. There are no long-term contracts, and the company states it is licensed and insured in Texas. Rated 5.0 from 250 Google reviews, 247 of them five stars.
