Fidelity Home Inspection, LLC.

Fidelity Home Inspection is a locally owned inspector serving Austin, San Antonio and the surrounding areas, with a focus on buyers weighing a purchase. Its checklist includes a termite and wood destroying insect check along with safety, grading, crawlspace, sewer camera, pool and septic items. Reports and negotiation documents are delivered on site the same day, and rush inspections are offered depending on availability. The company promises to find at least ten times the inspection fee in defects or pay back double. Multifamily properties with two or more units, new construction and builder warranty inspections are covered too, and a free Risk Report estimates likely defects for an address before booking. Rated 5.0 from 351 Google reviews, every one of them five stars. This is an inspection company rather than a pest treatment company.
