Attic Construction

Attic Construction is an insulation contractor serving Austin, Round Rock and Central Texas. Its main work is attic insulation installation and removal, attic cleaning and decontamination, radiant barrier installation, air sealing, ducting and crawl space services. For rodent problems it does exclusion work, sealing entry points from roof vents to foundation cracks, and cleans up and disinfects after infestations rather than running a pest extermination service. Every project starts with a free inspection, and each job is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty. The company states it is licensed, bonded and insured and has served more than 1,000 homeowners in the area. Rodent decontamination uses hospital-grade disinfectants to treat droppings and odors, and old insulation soiled by rodents or moisture is vacuumed out before new material goes in.
