Universal City Animal Care & Control

Universal City Animal Care & Control is the city's animal control department, a municipal office in Universal City, Texas 78148 rather than a pest control company. It is staffed by an animal control manager and animal control officers, with a separate shelter email address and a fax line. The main number is 210-658-0700, and the office posts its hours. Because it is a government department, questions about animal complaints or strays go to the office directly rather than to a private company. The entrance and the parking are wheelchair accessible. It does not treat homes or businesses for insects or other pests. Rated 4.1 from 51 Google reviews, 35 of them five stars and 9 one star. Call the office to confirm which animal problems it handles before you go.
